{"id":894,"date":"2026-08-11T10:58:36","date_gmt":"2026-08-11T08:58:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kozpontegyesulet.hu\/?p=894"},"modified":"2026-09-23T11:59:35","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T09:59:35","slug":"15-outdoor-treningunk-valosult-meg-panyolan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kozpontegyesulet.hu\/en\/15-outdoor-treningunk-valosult-meg-panyolan\/","title":{"rendered":"Our 15th outdoor training took place in Panyola"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Outdoor Training is one of the most special and popular programmes of K\u00d6Z-Pont Youth Association, which has now\u00a0<strong>15 years ago<\/strong>\u00a0helps young people step out of their comfort zone, get to know themselves from a new side, and work together as a real team. The programme uses experience-based methods to develop, among other things, communication, cooperation, problem-solving, responsibility and self-knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>This year's Outdoor Training also took place on the roads of Panyola and the surrounding settlements, where participants now\u00a0<strong>mafia history<\/strong>\u00a0they completed exciting challenges at various stations as players of the story. The tasks were not only playful but part of a deliberately structured professional process, complemented by preparation and debriefing blocks.<\/p>\n<p>We are especially proud that this year the professional delivery of the programme was carried out by a\u00a0<strong>an 18-person team of organisers and helpers<\/strong>\u00a0supported it. Alongside the K\u00d6Z-Pont staff\u00a0<strong>Our ESC volunteers<\/strong>, as well as many\u00a0<strong>our former student council youth<\/strong>\u00a0also took part in running the training.
