Best Practices of the 'West' and 'East' through the Eyes of Generation Z - Marseille
Two of our former youth leaders are participating in a professional study tour covering multiple countries this summer.
The project is titled "Best Practices of the 'West' and 'East' through the Eyes of Generation Z." This initiative is being implemented as part of the In Search of European Values grant, announced by the Ökotárs Foundation, the Autonómia Foundation, the Carpathian Foundation-Hungary, and the Community Developers Association.
On the study tour, two former youth leaders from HABIDISZ, Réka Krizsó and Orsolya Fenyvesi, will visit 12 organizations in 12 cities across 4 countries, representing the association.
The aim of the study tour is to get to know as many organizations working with young people as possible, to acquire best practices from them, to learn about their daily lives, and to engage in mutual learning. Additionally, the goal is to establish long-term partnerships with the organizations they get to know.
The first stop of the study tour was Marseille, where our young participants met with organizations such as CAMI (Coordination des Acteurs de la Mobilité Internationale), Hors Pistes, Eurasia Net, and Association AFK (Allez Faire Connaissance). They had the opportunity to interact with the staff and volunteers working there.
You can follow the girls' journey and their conversations with these organizations on the project's social media platforms.
