VII. Nyíregyháza Youth Conference

On October 17, the VII. Nyíregyháza Youth Conference was held at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Debrecen.

During the morning, participants listened to seven plenary lectures on topics such as:
- The sociological study of youth health,
- Factors influencing children's screen time based on an international study,
- Innovative digital curriculum development within the INDEHEP project,
- Research findings and experiences regarding the lifestyle and health behaviors of children and young people with disabilities at the University of Debrecen's Faculty of Health Sciences,
- Developmental sessions for children in alternative day care,
- Progress, methods, and experiences of the peer support program,
- Activities and programs of the Student-Mayor's Office.

After a sandwich lunch, attendees could participate in breakout sessions covering topics like:
- Interventions in addiction recovery - analysis of three case studies with practical steps (NYÍRKEF),
- Peer support among peers – peer support activities in Nyíregyháza 2024,
- "Puzzle - Put Yourself Together!" workshop,
- The Game of Life - Self-awareness tools from the board game shelf.
