County Forum in Nyíregyháza

On October 14th, we held a county forum in Nyíregyháza, where, in addition to our colleagues from Nyíregyháza, members of the leadership of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Children's and Youth Council, and two of our ESC volunteers, participated.

We started off by laying the foundation for a good atmosphere with a shared pizza meal. Then, the participants took part in a training session focused on time and stress management, as well as trust-building. This was the year's fourth county forum, and the third for the new mandate of the SZSZBGYIÖK (Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Children's and Youth Council). Key topics included the time management tricks and methods people use, what stress factors exist in our daily lives, how each person handles stress, and what they do to prevent it. For
most of the day, we highlighted the diverse use of board games. The goal of the day was to create a positive community atmosphere and for us to grow together. Based on feedback, these goals were successfully achieved.

The program took place at the Community FACE Youth Office and Community Space.
