Opening General Assembly in Nyíregyháza

The Opening General Assembly was held on September 25, 2024, at the FACE-EK Youth Office and Community Space (4400 Nyíregyháza, Bocskai utca 25). Students from schools across the county participated attentively and actively.

The Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg vármegyei Gyermek és Ifjúsági Önkormányzat (SZSZBGYIÖK) introduced itself, showcasing its achievements and goals. Participants learned about the opportunities and spaces that the KÖZ-Pont Youth Association can provide for young people. They were also introduced to the work of the Milestone Institute, followed by a presentation from former student government member
Krizsó Réka on her project titled Best Practices of the West and East through the Eyes of Generation Z.

Afterwards, group activities allowed participants to get to know each other better through name- learning and attention-focused games, and to discuss the benefits and importance of student governance.
